The events listed on brooklyncountrymusic.com are usually big events put together by two guys named Alex Battles and Dock Oscar. Alex runs the The Brooklyn Country Music Festival, The CasHank Hootenanny Jamboree, and the Johnny Cash Birthday Bash. Dock runs the The Brooklyn Winter Hoedown and the Kings County Opry.

Other events they've run include Jugfest, the NYC Opry, and many more.
